Heather & Glenn · Summer 2023
A summer wedding with short ribs guests still talk about.
Heather and Glenn met because of their dogs — Jax and Dunkin — despite a Patriots/Bills loyalty split. Glenn proposed in their backyard. They came to Zion Springs for a summer weekend, walked the aisle to “Simply the Best,” and put short ribs on the dinner menu.
“Many of our guests sought us out that night to tell us this was the best wedding food they’d ever had. The short ribs were a huge hit.”
Laura & Colin · Spring 2024
A spring wedding that started on time and ran on time.
Laura and Colin met on Tinder, dated four and a half years, and brought roughly forty people to the property for the weekend. Processional was “I Get to Love You” by Ruelle. First dance was “Me & U” by Tems. Cake was red velvet with French buttercream.
“Zion Springs is unequivocally the most beautiful venue we have ever been to. Everything was completely thought out.”
Jamie & David · Winter 2024
A winter wedding the team orchestrated so the two of them didn’t have to.
Jamie and Dave both work for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. They met in the Chicago suburbs, bonded over breweries and trivia, and Dave proposed in Louisville with Chris Stapleton’s “Starting Over” playing — the same song Jamie walked down the aisle to. Two dogs, Magnes and Luna, at home.
“Everything was orchestrated perfectly; we didn’t have to think about anything except each other and savoring every moment of the day.”
Jennifer & Alex · Spring 2024
A spring barn wedding where Alex got his brisket.
Jennifer and Alex met at the gym. First date was Chick-fil-A after a workout. Alex proposed at the Tidal Basin during the peak cherry blossom bloom. He wanted southern BBQ for the wedding — the kitchen smoked brisket all day. Mac and cheese alongside.
“I had always wanted an outdoor, barn-type wedding, and the Zion Springs property delivers just that.”
Martie & Ryan · Spring 2024
A spring wedding chosen for one price, one team, no surprises.
Martie and Ryan started researching weddings and were stunned by how expensive they get. They picked Zion Springs because the pricing was transparent and bundled — one number, one contract, no surprise vendor fees stacking up across the calendar. Engaged in Washington, D.C.
“Get married at Zion Springs — you will not regret it. From specific types of wine to small details in the ceremony, there was nothing they didn’t accommodate.”
